Out of Pocket Costs are those which a student incurs personally as they are preparing to go abroad or while abroad. The student is personally responsible for securing items or budgeting monies to cover these expenses. These costs are not paid to UNT or to the Study Abroad Office.
Billable Items are payable to UNT, either as part of the application process or billed to the participant's student account.
UNT Miscellaneous Expenses include Fed Loan Fees figure (see UNT Cost Of Attendance chart).
Universtity of Leeds Miscellaneous Expenses include passport and student visa fees and UNT International Insurance.
Personal spending varies based on individual spending habits so students may spend more or less than the average amount quoted.
