Medical Spanish Immersion

Designed for students with intermediate-level Spanish and an interest in the medical field, this five-week summer program offers a powerful blend of academic learning and real-world experience.

Program highlights

  • Take a Spanish for Health Professionals course at Universidad de Belgrano, taught by local faculty with guest lectures from healthcare specialists

  • Participate in clinical rotations, shadowing local healthcare professionals in clinics across Buenos Aires

  • Earn academic credit and receive a certificate of completion for clinical hours from their host clinic

  • The university provides access to computer labs, a large library, sports facilities, a theater, a cafeteria, and a number of study spaces and areas for you to relax between classes

  • Enjoy traditional asado on a countryside estancia, explore the Tigre Delta by boat, and take in a tango show after class
